Scott has worked in the field of financial planning for over 30 years, including 20+ years in planned giving. Prior to joining Dallas Seminary Foundation, he served as the Senior Executive Director of Planned Giving at World Vision, where he assisted donors with their planning needs and managed a team of 14.
Other organizations in which Scott served include Campus Crusade’s Great Commission Foundation, where he provided leadership to a team of gift planners and assisted ministry partners with their plans. Previous to that, he served as Gift and Estate Design Specialist with In Touch Ministries.
“My passion is to invest my life in such a way as to make a positive eternal impact in the lives of others,” Scott shares. “Dallas Seminary Foundation is a wonderful place to do that as we partner together to promote the person and mission of Jesus Christ.”
Scott has earned the designations of Certified Financial Planner™, Chartered Financial Consultant®, and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®. In addition, he is a Bible college and seminary graduate.

Kevin Kurtz became a member of the Foundation team in June, 2016. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, NC, with a BA in Economics. Kevin’s 25-year career in the business side of international missions has encompassed accounting, data analysis, and computer software design. Kevin also serves as a Bible teacher, is a lifelong student of the Scriptures, and is slowly pursuing an MACS degree at DTS. His life verse is Psalm 1:2, “… his delight is in the law of the Lord ….” He enjoys family, reads voraciously, and tends a small garden.

Dana has served in the Foundation and Advancement departments at DTS since 2001. “I enjoy getting to know people who desire to support the mission of Dallas Seminary,” she shares. “It is a delight to help them establish meaningful gifts and to express gratitude for their generosity.”
Her career has always emphasized excellence and customer service. Prior to joining DTS, Dana worked 12 years as a Systems Engineer at IBM, then joined UT Southwestern Medical Center and the University Hospital where she served as their Director of Guest Services and Community Relations.
Dana greatly values the excellent teaching of God’s Word she has received at DTS and from DTS alumni. She enjoys studying and teaching the Bible, cooking, reading and travel. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma and then received a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from SMU. Dana is married to Jeff Barber, the Executive Director at a local church.

Audrey Lieb joined the Foundation team in August of 2021. Audrey was raised in the rural Panhandle of Texas and attended Texas Tech University. During her time in Lubbock, she fell in love with ministry and studying God’s word. After graduating in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting, she spent three years working in public accounting in Dallas. She enjoys using both her background in accounting and administrative skills to minister to students and donors alike. Her job duties include serving as scholarship coordinator and donor advised fund administrator for the Foundation.
In her free time, you can find Audrey serving at her local church, walking her dog Louie, or cooking a meal with friends.

Kathryn graduated with a B.S. from Texas A&M University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
She has been at the Foundation since May 2021. Prior to working at the Foundation, she spent seventeen years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. Most of her time there was with the Caring for Children Foundation of Texas. She was then promoted to Manager of Financial Reporting. From there, Kathryn went on to serve for two years as the Director of Accounting and Finance at Women’s Foodservice Forum. Kathryn has found a home working at the Foundation and finds the work she does with her teammates and donors rewarding.
She has lived in the Dallas area most of her life, with some influences from time spent in Mississippi. She currently resides in Wylie, Texas, with her husband, Steven, and son, Colton. In her free time, she enjoys travel, photography, and spending time with her family. She also devotes time to a ministry called “After the Boxes,” which welcomes newcomers to her local area.

Kayla Jimenez became a member of the Foundation team in December 2017. Born and raised in San Angelo, Texas, Kayla obtained her BA in Psychology and MS in Counseling Psychology from Angelo State University. After graduation, she moved to Seoul, South Korea, where she taught kindergarten and elementary students for three years. While in Seoul, she met her now-husband, Eric, who is an Ohio native. After getting married and moving to Dallas in the summer of 2017, Eric began pursuing a ThM degree at Dallas Theological Seminary. In her free time, Kayla enjoys decorating and crafting of any kind. She finds it a privilege to work for the Foundation and is continually inspired by the generosity the Lord has poured out on DTS through our wonderful donors!

Hinnan Herbert is a Pakistani native with a background in accounting and theology. He joined the Dallas Seminary Foundation as an Accounting Clerk in October, 2022. He holds a Certified Accounting Technician certification, a Diploma of Theology from FGA Bible College, and a Bachelor of Theology from Open Theological Seminary.
Hinnan started his career as an Assistant Business Analyst in a credit company where he gained valuable experience in financial analysis and reporting. He later served as a Branch Accountant in Radio 1 FM 91, where he managed the finances and accounting of the branch.
In addition to his professional experience, Hinnan has also been greatly involved in serving the community as a Church Planter in Khanewal. He later served as a Presbyter In charge in the Diocese of Karachi, Church of Pakistan, where he provided leadership and guidance to the church community.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Theology degree at Dallas Theological Seminary. In his spare time, he enjoys reading books on theology, spending time with his family, and serving the local church community.
